Dirghagama girl cardigan

November 19, 2013 in Cardigans, Design, Kids, Knitting, Patterns by Eddie

This is a new version of the original free Dirghagama baby cardigan, size 6 months in Bulky yarn, which was made as a baby shower present for a lovely couple who study the Dirghagama. Dirghagama means ‘a long (dirgha) discourse of Buddha (agama)’ in Sanskrit and is a collection of 48 s?tras, or rather records of the oral teachings of the Buddha from the 8th century. So now you know! Check it out on Ravelry or buy below for €3.99.
