Knitting presents for Bess

Again today when I checked the mail there was a wonderful present in there. A friend from my old knitting group had sent a wonderful aviatrix. I love this pattern and have already knitted a couple for Bess in smaller sizes so I was so happy to recieve this in a bigger size. Thanks Trudy!
Now I thought it was about time to show off the other knitted pressies we have recieved too.
There was a funky pair of socks from Sue – thanks Sue! At the moment they are still big enough to be outer socks in the sling.
Then we have a very pretty cardi from a family friend – thanks Helle!
And a stripy wrap cardi in some cool bright colours – thanks Lynne!
And finally, a beautiful lacy cardi for when she grows a bit more – thanks Caitriona!
I am so grateful to all of you for these wonderful gifts!

I love the aviatrix pattern too. What a great idea to knit this pattern for charity. I know from her copyright statement that the designer Justine Turner wholeheartedly approves of this.
